Tried Office all the way back to Office 2007. Tried repairing both QB and Microsoft 365. Same for all templates, even the ones that came with QB. Now the customer merge simply never opens Word with the completed document. Yes same problem here! Worked fine in December and before that for the last 20 years (or longer). Go to the Help menu, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.This way, they can pull up your account in a safe environment and further investigate this concern.
